Introducing a hydration mask into your routine nourishes your skin which can be dried out from moving from indoor heating to the outside cool. Apply a mask about once a week to your face and neck, leave on for 10 minutes and wash thoroughly with warm water for a glowing skin tone.
It may seem a funny time to be sunscreening but UV protection should be year round, with rays still able to harm your skin even if you aren’t feeling the heat. Keeping up your protection in the cold months with at least 30+ SPF sunscreen ensures you don’t get those age spots and hyperpigmentation that makeup alone can’t protect you from.
